About me
I'm Cristina López, licensed psychologist.

Licensed Health Psychologist (reg. no. AO11331) specialised in therapy for adolescents and adults, in both Spanish and English.
I've always felt a strong wish to help others, and I've found my own sensitivity to be a key tool for connecting deeply with the people I work with.
My approach is rooted in unconditional acceptance and close, attentive support, tailored to each person's unique needs. I learn from everyone I work with, which enriches my practice and keeps me continuously training in this profession I love.
As a professional, I'm known for being approachable and for bringing a sense of humour into the room — a valuable tool that often helps lighten the harder moments and strengthen our connection.
Your emotional well-being is my priority: together we'll turn challenges into opportunities for growth and change.
"Life, as I see it, is a continuous process of learning."
— Carl Rogers
