What is the first informational session like?

It's informational, not therapeutic. It lasts about 30 minutes and is a space to meet, explain how I work, answer your questions and explore what brings you to therapy. It's also a chance for you to see whether you feel comfortable working with me.

Is the informational session required?

It's not mandatory. If you're already sure you want to start therapy, we can go straight to the first therapy session.

How does online therapy work?

Sessions are held by video call on a secure platform. You only need an internet connection, a camera, a microphone and a private space free from interruptions.

How long are sessions and how often?

Individual therapy sessions last 60 minutes. The frequency is agreed with you based on your goals and your process — usually weekly or fortnightly.

Do you offer therapy in English?

Yes. I offer therapy in English for international clients and expats who prefer to express themselves in this language.

Informational session: €30 (30 min.). Individual therapy: €60 (60 min.). Therapy in English: €70 (60 min.).
